I love a beach engagement shoot, its one of my favourite places to photograph, there is an element of romance, fun and quiet reflection that all takes place on the beach, as the waves crash or the tides goes out and you can walk on the slightly damp sand, it’s a beautiful feeling.

When Tayjal and Pritesh contacted me about their wedding, I knew it would be all kinds of lush. Tayjal owns Mani’s Creative Services, so being a creative herself, there were so many brilliant ideas around.

Tayjal and Prit are both a fun and very much in love couple, this reflects so well in their engagement photographs. When the beach came up as a suggested location for their pre-wed shoot, I was quick to respond with a YES lets do it but more importantly and even more quickly, Tayjal ordered her gorgeous blue dress that you see her wearing in the shoot. I do love colourful outfits during pre-wed shoots, especially if its a beach engagement shoot.

We started at the local park where Tayjal’s parents had their wedding photos taken in Ashton Under Lyne and then made our way to the beach. I had such a fantastic day with these two very lovely peeps, we even had props for the beach and lots of hashtags were created during the shoot and after the shoot, and we had some of the best weather on the day. A day on the beach with a gorgeous couple when the sun is shining, utter bliss. I do love my job.
